Mailbox Migration

Using our integrated migration utility, new users can easily transfer their email and collaboration items from providers such as Office365 as well as from other email products such as Google Workspace and Open-Xchange. Domain administrators can import users at the domain level and set user defaults that can be propagated as needed. System administrators can monitor all ongoing migrations, in real time, and even stop them if needed.

Frequently asked questions

We normally provide domain level administration to the email address that is setup at the time of the account. That user can also provide administrator rights to any user configured in the backend of the platform. If you no longer wish to be an administrator you must add a new administrator and then remove yourself.

Absolutely. After you sign up, just create an account for the IT member and give them administrator rights. Then they can control all aspects of your Square Workspace account.
